I am not located in your city; how do you film my video?
  • We have a network of preferred videographers who are pre-qualified and available across the country. Our videographers are all highly skilled with many years of experience in their profession. Your videographer will be well informed regarding your video requirements before arriving at your office. This is accomplished through the pre-production planning that takes place prior to your appointment with the videographer.

How do I know the video I order will be the video I receive?
  • After you order your video, you are assigned your own project manager who will guide you through the process. We make sure you are involved every step of the way so you have complete control over the content and message of your video.

How does the video get on my website?
  • No site redesign is required to place your video on your website. Once your order is complete, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to add the video to your website.. The instructions will include a few lines of code. The video controls will display wherever this code is placed on your website. The video will then stream from our server, which does not affect your bandwidth or server size.

What if I want more than 1 revision?
  • If the error is something that we did wrong, such as mispronouncing a word, then there is no charge. If you would like to make changes beyond the scope of the original video, then you will be charged on a per revision basis; the price would depend on the extent of the revision.

What if I would like a professional actor or actress in my video instead of me?
  • We have a well developed network of professional actors, actresses and voice-over talent. We will work with you to find the right look or voice for your video. High-profile talent (TV actor, radio personality) may add to the cost of your production.

How long is the standard video?
  • Our standard Digitorial® Video is 1 - 2 minutes in length. We find that for Web-based video applications, 2 minutes is the maximum length, but we can produce longer videos (hours in length) if your application requires it.

What type of technology do you use to stream my video?
  • We use Adobe Flash technology to deliver your video on the Internet. Flash does not require an external player, starts playing very quickly, allows for easy distribution of your video and can be seen by 98% of Internet users worldwide.

Do I have to pay a monthly fee to have my video on my website?
  • No. 24 months of streaming and hosting in our Digitorial® Video Player is included in the cost of your video. At the end of that term, you will have the option to continue the service for another 24 months.

Will people on dial-up be able to see my video?
  • Yes. Our Digitorial® Video Player has a connection speed "sniffer" built in. It will automatically detect the viewer's connection speed and send the appropriate format. This guarantees a very high percentage of people on the Internet will be able to see your video.

Can I use the video you create for me on television?
  • All videos we create can be repurposed for use on television. You will need to request a copy in broadcast format, and an additional fee will apply.

What is included in the day of filming at my location?
  • Our camera crew will arrive at a pre-determined time and will spend some time setting up and calibrating equipment. During this time, our crew will work with you to select the locations inside your office best suited for filming. During our stay, our crew will be gathering "B-roll" images (externals of your office, pan shots of your staff, etc.). They will also film interviews with individual members of your staff, if your video requires this. Our crews are professional and experienced. They will guide you through the process with minimal disruption to your business day.

How are cancellations handled?
  • Clients must call two business days before the scheduled filming time in order to reschedule. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 100% of the daily rate for the crew.

What if I have video or photos that I want included?
  • Not a problem. You may upload photos and video files to us using our Digital Asset Management system (DAM) when you place your order. In some cases you will need to mail a disc or tape in. The image must be at least 640 x 480 pixels and 300 dpi for best results. Images given to us in a lower resolution may appear blurry.
